CORPORATE COACHING
I offer corporate coaching designed to help businesses embed learning from training, navigate periods of change, and strengthen leadership and team performance. Whether supporting employees through redundancy, restructuring, conflict management, or broader change initiatives, my coaching provides practical guidance that drives lasting impact.
Sessions are available as one-to-one or group formats, tailored to the needs of both the organisation and individuals. Typically ranging from 1 to 8 sessions, they are flexible in structure to ensure maximum value. Delivered either remotely or in-person, my coaching tools helps businesses retain talent, boost engagement, and maximise the return on their training investments.

How long does coaching take to make a difference?
Most clients notice a shift within the first four sessions. Deeper, sustainable change typically develops over three to six months depending on where you are starting from but "aha" moments can come from just one session of space being held for you.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. I work from where you are now towards where you want to be, building clarity, confidence and sustainable wellbeing along the way, not looking back and diagnosing.
Do you offer career coaching as well as wellbeing coaching?
Yes. Alongside wellbeing coaching I support individuals navigating career transitions, whether that is a new role, a change of direction or stepping into leadership.
What does a coaching programme with GRO look like?
